Logs Available for Download from the Web UI
FlexNet Code Insight administrators can now download Core Server and Scan Server log files from HELP page in the Code Insight Web UI. (To access the HELP page, click the icon in the upper right corner of the Web UI. This opens the Code Insight main menu, which lists the option to open the HELP page.)
The log downloads are in .zip format, enabling you to easily distribute log files as needed for analysis or troubleshooting purposes.
