Deleting a Custom Component

You can delete only custom components. The Delete feature is disabled for Code Insight components. Follow these instructions to delete a custom component from the system.

To delete a custom component from the system, do the following:

Note:Only custom components can be deleted. The Delete button is disabled for Code Insight components.

Click Research on the main menu. The Research page appears.

In the Search box on the Component tab, enter the name of the component you want to delete. When the Search Component box opens, you can choose to search by Component Name or by Filter pull-down menu.

Select the component and click Delete.

4.

Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
