License Server Manager Requirements
Important:The FlexNet License Server Manager will be deprecated. The last FlexNet Embedded release to include the FlexNet License Server Manager will be release 2022.10. Instead of the FlexNet License Server Manager, you can use the FlexNet License Server Administrator (or another tool provided by your software producer) to manage and monitor the local license server and its operations.
The FlexNet License Server Manager—packaged separately from the local license server in a file called flexnet-flsm-linux-<version>.tar.gz or flexnet-flsm-windows-<version>.zip—uses Apache Tomcat to deploy the required component flsm.war. Ensure that one of these Tomcat versions is used for this deployment:

The has been validated on Apache Tomcat 9.x. Revenera recommends running the latest on Apache Tomcat 9.x.
Certain platforms supported by the local license server provide a version of Apache Tomcat. To determine whether the operating system on which you intend to run the local license server provides a Tomcat version supported by the License Server Manager (as listed above), see https://wiki.apache.org/tomcat/FAQ/Linux_Unix#Q5.
