Proxy Configuration Basics

To configure the license server to use a networking proxy when communicating with the back office, you must define a set of proxy parameters in the server’s local settings file on the server (flexnetls.settings on Windows or /etc/default/flexnetls-producer_name on Linux). These parameters are passed to the Java Runtime system to identify the HTTP proxy.

You specify these parameters for the EXTRA_SYSPROPERTIES setting, which you must “uncomment” if it is currently “commented” in this file.
