The Download List page for a download package has tabs to show the files in the package, a log of download transactions, and a log of notifications for that download package.
Note • Use the instructions in Viewing Downloads to locate the download package for which you want to view notifications.
To view notifications for a download package
| • | On the Downloads page, click the Notification Log tab. |
The End-User Portal shows the Notification Log tab with a list of notifications that the producer has sent for the current download package. This list shows the date the notification email was sent and the subject of the email message. You can also see additional details about a notification by clicking on its date in the notifications list.
