Filtering the Accounts Health List
By default, the account list defaults to display all account types (watched and unwatched) by their account health score and shows accounts with any health condition (At Risk, Warning, or Healthy). To quickly reduce the number of accounts listed on the Accounts Health page, filter it by type, score and health condition.
To filter the accounts list

On the Accounts Health page, hover the cursor over the  filter icon to display the filter selection list. |

To change the default filter setting, do one of the following: |

Type: Check Watched Accounts to only view accounts on the Watchlist. |

•
|
Score: Uncheck the Account Health and check either Renewal Health or Consumption. |
Note • At least one of the scores must be selected: Account Health, Renewal Health or Consumption. Only one score can be checked at a time.

Condition: Uncheck one or more of the conditions. |
Note • If all the conditions are unchecked, the Producer Portal behaves as if all conditions are checked. (Accounts with all health conditions are shown.)
The Producer Portal shows the account list with the new filter settings applied. Notice that he number in the red bubble indicates how many filters are active.
