Message Issued When Response Contains Status Issues

If the response generated from a capability request that was uploaded using Offline Device Management contains status issues, a message is now displayed to notify the user of these issues. For example, the message might inform the user of the existence of invalid activation IDs (thus indicating the possibility of only a partial fulfillment of requested licenses).
