New “AccountName” in Entitlement Data Extracts

The Entitlement Data Extract REST service has a new AccountName column for all tiers (for example, End Customer>AccountName, Partner Tier 1>AccountName, and so forth). It allows users to include the tier’s account name when importing an entitlement.
