Support for cc/bcc on Entitlement Email
The following parameters have been added to the emailEntitlement and emailActivableItem methods (in the v4 EntitlementOrderService SOAP Web Service).

These parameters enable users to optionally specify one or more CC and BCC recipients in the email. Previously, all recipients were automatically added to the “To” list.
