The following FlexNet Embedded permissions are available:

Permission	Description
Manage Devices	This permission allows the user to manage hardware devices using the Manage Devices page. See also: FlexNet Embedded permissions Generate Licenses and Return .
Manage Publisher Identities	This permission allows the user to manage publisher identities using the Manage Publisher Identity page.
Create Server	This permission allows the user to create a FlexNet Embedded license server.
