Transferring Entitlements
You can transfer the license rights in a single entitlement from one account to another. All entitlement line items for that entitlement are transferred. Transfer of entitlement is possible only if there are no fulfillments. The system provides an option to return all existing fulfillments automatically during the process of performing the transfer.
Bulk entitlements cannot be transferred. Also, entitlements with line items on an auto-provisioned license server cannot be transferred.
After the license rights are transferred, the status of the entitlement for the origin account changes to Obsolete and a new entitlement is created for the target account.
To transfer individual entitlement line items, see Transferring Entitlement Line Items .
