Working with the Products Tab on the Account Details Page
On the account details page’s Products tab, you can filter and search the product list. You can also view feature consumption for a product listed on the Products tab and filter the results in that feature list.

Follow the steps, below, to change the filter settings for the product list.
By default the Products tab filter values are set to display the product health score with all conditions: At risk, Warning, or Healthy.
To filter the products list
1. | On the Products tab, hover the cursor over the ![]() |
2. | To change the default filter setting, uncheck one or more of the conditions. |
3. | Click Apply. |
Notice that the number in the red bubble indicates how many filters are active. If all the condition boxes are cleared, the Producer Portal warns that at least one condition must be checked.
You can also sort the products list by score (default), consumed quantity, or total quantity.
You can search the list of products on the Products tab of account details pages.
To search the products list
1. | On the account details page, choose what to search for. Use the menu to search by Product Name or Description. |
2. | Enter your search criteria. |
3. | Click Search. |
The shows products that match your search criteria.
Follow the steps, below, to see feature consumption details for a product.
To view Feature Consumption
• | Click the Consumed quantity value for a product in the product list to see its Feature Consumption details. |
The Feature Consumption window displays the consumption of features attached to the current product, if there are any. Any feature with an embedded license model, and mapped to a license server, is included in the consumption numbers.
Filtering the Feature Consumption List
Follow the steps, below, to filter settings for the feature list. By default the Feature Consumption window filter is set to display the feature health score for products with all condition values: At risk, Warning, and Healthy.
To filter the feature list
1. | In the Feature Consumption window, hover the cursor over the ![]() |
2. | Check the checkboxes for the status, types, and conditions you want to show. |
3. | Click Apply. |

You can also search a filtered feature list. Use the menu to target your search to for a feature by Name or Description.
