Working with the Renewals Tab on the Account Details Page
You can filter and search the entitlements list on the Renewals tab. You can also view details about the entitlements listed on this tab.

Filtering the Renewal Health List
Follow the instructions below to filter the renewals list. By default the filter for this page includes all types, status values, and conditions except Expired. Therefore, the renewals list includes products in all conditions, At risk, Warning, and Healthy; with types, Subscription and Maintenance; and with a status of Expiring.
To filter the renewals list
1. | On the Renewals tab, hover the cursor over the ![]() |
2. | Check the checkboxes for the status values, types, and conditions you want to show. |
3. | Click Apply. |
Notice that, for the filter, the number in the red bubble indicates how many filters are active. If all the status boxes are unchecked, the Producer Portal warns that at least one status must be checked. If all the types are unchecked, the filter behaves as if all types are checked.
You can also sort the entitlements list by score (default), days remaining, expiration date, or product name.
Searching the Renewal Health List
You can search the list of entitlements on the Renewals tab of account details pages.
To search the entitlements list
1. | On the account details page, choose what to search for. Use the menu to search by Product name or Activation ID. |
2. | Enter your search criteria. |
3. | Click Search. |
The shows entitlements that match your search criteria.
Follow the instructions below to view entitlement details for an entitlement on the Renewals tab.
To view Entitlement details
• | Click on the Activation ID to open the Entitlement Details window. |
The Entitlement Details window displays the information for a particular entitlement including ID information (Entitlement ID, state, sold-to, description and activation ID), the name and description of the products with which the entitlement is associated, and the activation information.
