Renewal Reminder Email Messages

FlexNet Customer Growth introduces three new email templates.

Renewal Reminder—Used to send Renewal Reminder email messages generated as a result of the Expiring Entitlement job.
Renewal Reminder for Expired Entitlements—Used to send expired entitlement email messages generated as a result of the Expired Entitlements job.
Renewal Intent for End Customer—Used to send intent-to-renew email messages generated when a customer clicks the Request button on the Expiring Entitlements page in the End-User Portal. FlexNet Operations sends copies of the intent-to-renew message to the end user who clicked the Request button and also to the producer at the address specified for the system configuration setting, Request Renewal Notification Email.

Tip:For both the renewal reminder messages, end users must meet the following conditions to receive messages:

An end user must have the View Expiring Entitlements permission.
An end user’s account must have Expiring Entitlements Email marked in his or her user profile.
