Returning the License

In this exercise, you return the PhotoPrint‑soap license.

To return the external SOAP service license

1. Click Licenses > Licenses. The Support Licenses And Maintenance page appears.
2. On the Support Licenses And Maintenance page, search for and select the check box next to the product PhotoPrint‑soap fulfillment.
3. Click Support Actions and select Return from the drop-down menu. The Support Licenses And Maintenance page refreshes with the PhotoPrint‑soap fulfillment information.
4. Click Verify to verify the validity of the license. This message appears: License is valid.
5. Click Return. The Support Licenses And Maintenance page is refreshed, and a message similar to this appears: Successfully returned licenses for fulfillment FID_2d0cea6e_e9b8_441b_949b_caa858c30843
6. Click Entitlements > List Entitlements by Order, search for the ENTL‑soap entitlement, then click on the ENTL‑soap Entitlement ID link. The Entitle Customers to Licenses page appears.
7. Under Line Items, on the Line Items tab, click the Fulfill History link of the PhotoPrint‑soap line item. The Fulfillment History window opens.
8. Review the fulfillment history for the PhotoPrint‑soap line item. Note when it was returned. Click OK when you are done to close the Fulfillment History window.
