Viewing a Manual Repair
Follow this procedure to view a repair after you manually generate a repair response.
After a repair response is generated manually

1.

Verify the Activation ID, Product, Version, Fulfillment ID, and Sold To. |

2.
|
Click Save to File to save this response to a file. The default file name is responseXML.xml. |
|
3.
|
Send the file to the customer with instructions for using the activation utility to process the response and repair the license. |
