Relating Maintenance to Other Products
Maintenance can be related to one or more products. Products can be related in draft or deployed states.
Note:If you are already on the Map Part Numbers to Maintenance page, skip to step 4.
To relate maintenance to other products

1.

Click Products > Products. This opens the Products page. (Existing maintenances are shown, by default, on the Products page.) |

2.

Search, as necessary, to show the maintenance for which you want to map part numbers. Then click the name of the maintenance product. This opens the Create Maintenance page for that maintenance. |

On the Create Maintenance page, click Next. This opens the Map Part Numbers to Maintenance page. |
|
4.

On the Map Part Numbers to Maintenance page, click Next. This button opens the Relate to Different Products page. |
|
5.
|
Click the Select Related Products button. A pop-up window appears in which you can search for and select one or more of the available products. (Note that the list of products may be large enough to appear on multiple pages in the pop-up window.) |

Click one or more check boxes to select products. |
|

|
When the list is complete, click the OK button to add the related products. |
|
c.
|
On the Relate to Different Products page, select the relationship Is Maintenance between the maintenance and the related product. |
If necessary, click the Reset button to reset the maintenance relationships.
To remove the relationship between selected products and this maintenance, select those products and click the Remove Relationship button.

Complete the product relationship process by clicking Save or Complete. |

Click Save to save the relationship to the maintenance product and remain on the current page. |

Click Complete to save the relationship to the maintenance product and return to the Products page. |
