Viewing Fulfillment History
The fulfillment history of an entitlement identified with an activation ID can be displayed when viewing an entitlement order.
To see the fulfillment history of a line item:

Click Entitlements > List Entitlements by Order. This link opens the List Entitlements by Order page. |

Locate the entitlement. You can search for entitlements based on specific criteria by |

Specifying some particular values in the simple search, like Entitlement ID Starts With |
|

|
Clicking Advanced Search, which lets you specify multiple search attributes. |
|

Click the entitlement ID to open it in the Create an Entitlement page. |

4.

Find the entitlement line item whose history you want to view and click its Fulfill History link. A pop-up window is displayed with the fulfillment history. |

5.
|
Click OK to close the pop-up window. |
