View and Manage Trusted Activation Requests

You can view and edit information on trusted storage requests made by users.

To manage trusted storage requests

1. Click Administer > Trusted Activation Requests.
2. On the Trusted Activation Requests page, click Publisher XML Details to view the publisher ID, the vendor name, the vendor encryption seeds, and the publisher XML file path. You can search the list of requests by Activation ID or Fulfillment ID.

Description

Request #

Unique identifier of the trusted storage request.

MID/UMN

Machine ID (MID) and Unique Machine Identifiers (UMNs) of the host that made the request.

Submitted On

Date and time the request was submitted.

Status Updated On

Date and time the request was processed.

Status

Indicates whether or not the request was processed successfully.

Completed

Indicates whether or not the request was completed.

Processed By

Host that processed the request.

Request Type

Type of trusted storage request.

Activation ID

Activation ID of the request.

Fulfillment ID

Fulfillment ID of the request.

Other options include:

To view a request in detail, click the request number.
To download the trusted activation response to a local XML file, select the trusted activation request and click Download Response.
To delete a trusted activation request, select the request to be deleted and click Delete.
To email a response, select the request to be emailed and click Email Response.
