Browsing Users with a Role
It is possible to view all of the users who have been assigned a particular role. Users assigned a role with the View Users and View Roles permissions can view users with a particular role.
To view the users who have been a assigned a particular role

Click Accounts & Users > All Roles. |

To see the users with a specific role, click the Users link for that role under Mapped Users. |

In the Users for Role page, you can view the list of users who are assigned this role. In addition, you can determine whether a user is shared. Shared users are marked with an icon showing several people. The following summary information is displayed. |

User Name: Login name of the user (typically, an email address). |
|
○
|
Display Name: Full name of the user. |
|
○
|
Date Created: Date the user was created. |
|
○
|
Date of Last Login: Date of last login by the user; this date is not recorded for shared users. |
|
○
|
Status: Whether the user is active or inactive. |
