Using the System Menu
Users assigned a role with the View System Information permission can view system information.
The System menu includes a number of links for viewing system information as well as a number of links for managing system configuration settings and custom content and the like. The system information links are covered here. The other activities, such as system configuration, are covered in their own sections.
System information links in the System menu include the following:

Configure |
Opens the System Configuration page. For details about changing system configuration settings, see Performing System Configuration . |
Custom Content |
Opens the Custom Content page. For more information about administering custom content, see Managing Custom Content. |
End-User Portal |
A shortcut for opening your End-User Portal in a separate tab or window. Click System > End-User Portal to open your End-User Portal to the login page. |
Transaction History |
Opens the Search Transaction History page. For more information about searching and viewing transaction histories, see Viewing Transaction Histories . |
Reports |
Launches the Reporter. See the FlexNet Operations Reporter Quick Reference and the FlexNet Operations Reporter Standard Reports for more information. |
Uptime |
Shows basic uptime information for cloud-hosted FlexNet Operations components and environments. Click System > Uptime to show uptime information. |
Latest News |
Shows information about the current year’s release schedule and the timing for the environment update. Click System > Latest News to show the Latest News page. |
Customer Community |
Opens the Flexera Customer Community home page in a new window. Click System > Customer Community to show customer community portal. |
