About Server Attributes
The following attributes are used when searching for, creating, and managing servers.

Backup Server ID |
The ID of the server’s backup server. |

Device ID |
The server’s unique identity. Note:Not shown when servers of Cloud deployment type are created. In this case, it is automatically generated by FlexNet Operations. |

Server Host ID Type |
One of several possible device host ID types. This is the complete list; only types that are permitted are displayed.
Note:Not shown for servers of Cloud deployment type. In this case, it is set by server host type. |

Device Name |
The server’s short, alternate name. |

Identity |
The server’s publisher identity. When creating a server, you can choose from existing identities or keep the default setting: As Defined by Server Host ID Type. |

Last Modified |
The last date that the server was changed, or had entitlements mapped or licenses removed. |

Additional information about the server. |

Account |
The name of the account specified in Account ID. |

Server Deployment |
The server’s deployment type. Choose Local or Cloud. (Cloud is not an option for all users.) |

Server Status |
The server’s status. A server’s status can be ACTIVE, RETURNED, or OBSOLETE. |

Site Name |
Site Name is optional for local license servers but required for servers that use the Cloud Licensing Service deployment type. Site Name is a label used to distinguish between different servers when a customer account is given multiple Cloud Licensing Service servers. |

Type |
SERVER for license servers. |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
User |
The device user associated with the server. |
