If You Forget Your Password

If you forget your password, and have specified a secret question and its answer, you can reset your password.

To reset your password using your secret question and answer:

1.

On the FlexNet Operations End-User Portal login page, click the Forgot Password link.

On the Password Reset page, enter your user ID and click Continue.

If the End-User Portal recognizes your account, it displays your secret question and prompts you to enter the answer you specified when the account was created. This is required.

3.

Enter the answer to your secret question and click Continue.

If you correctly answer the security question, the End-User Portal sends an email containing a system-generated password to your email address. When you log in with that password, the End-User Portal prompts you to change your password.

Note:If you did not specify a secret question and answer, you must contact the End-User Portal administrator to get a new password sent to you.
