Operations Entitlements (Producer Portal)

The following FlexNet Operations Entitlements permissions are available:

View Entitlements

View entitlements in read-only mode.

Update Entitlements

Edit entitlements. This includes changing any attributes of the entitlement, adding line items to the entitlement, upgrading an entitlement, renewing an entitlement, merging entitlements and fulfillments, and upselling an entitlement.

Important:If Update Entitlements is assigned to a role, also assign View Entitlements.

Upsell Entitlements

Upsell entitlements.

Important:If Upsell Entitlements is assigned to a role, also assign Update Entitlements.

Upgrade Entitlements

Upgrade entitlements.

Important:If Upgrade Entitlements is assigned to a role, also assign Update Entitlements.

Renew Entitlements

Renew entitlements.

Important:If Renew Entitlements is assigned to a role, also assign Update Entitlements.

Create Entitlements

Add entitlements.

Important:If Create Entitlements is assigned to a role, also assign Update Entitlements.

Change Entitlement State

Change the state of entitlements.

Important:If Change Entitlement State is assigned to a role, also assign Update Entitlements.

Delete Entitlements

Delete entitlements.

Important:If Delete Entitlements is assigned to a role, also assign View Entitlements.

Edit Sent Emails

Allows email content to be updated after the message has been sent. Used to correct errors.

Edit Unsent Emails

Allows the user to copy an email, and edit email content and distribution list.

Create Ad-hoc Emails

Allows the user to create a blank, free-form email.

Create Email Notifications

Send email to users entitled to download packages or files.

Queue Email

Allows the user to schedule email delivery after approving the message content.
