Browsing Accounts

In this exercise, you browse accounts to become familiar with the Producers, Customers, Partners, and Self Registered tabs on the Manage Accounts page of the FlexNet Operations Producer Portal.

To browse existing accounts

1.

Log in to the FlexNet Operations Producer Portal if you have not already done so. The Producer Portal Home page appears.

Click Users & Accounts > All Accounts. The Manage Accounts page appears with the Customers tab selected.

Click the Account link for any of the customers listed on the tab. The Create An Account page appears with details such as the customer’s account type, name, description, and address. Click Cancel to return to the Manage Accounts page.

Note:When there are several pages of accounts to browse, you can use the search feature to locate a specific account. However, Search and Advanced Search are applied only on the currently selected account tab.

Repeat Step 3 for the Producers, Partners, and Self Registered account tabs.
