Deactivating or Reactivating a User

In this exercise, you deactivate and reactivate customer user Warren Barry.

To deactivate user Warren Barry

1. Click Users & Accounts > All Users. The Manage Users page appears with the Customer Users tab selected.
2. In the Users list, click the Warren Barry link to open the Create A User page.
3. On the Create A User page, in the Status drop-down list, select Inactive, then click Save. User Warren Barry is deactivated and this message appears: User Warren Barry successfully edited.

To reactivate user Warren Barry

1. Click Users & Accounts > All Users. The Manage Users page appears with the Customer Users tab selected.
2. In the Users list, click the Warren Barry link to open the Create A User page.
3. On the Create A User page, in the Status drop-down list, select Active, then click Save. User Warren Barry is reactivated and this message appears: User Warren Barry successfully edited.
