Viewing Standalone Device Updates
When an update has been generated for a standalone device, you can view it from the Updates tab.
Version:This tab is only visible to producers who have purchased the Updates and Insights module.
To view updates for a standalone device
| 1. | From the default view of a standalone device, click the Updates tab. If the Updates tab is not visible, select View > View this Device. |
| 2. | On the Updates page, hover the cursor over the  filter icon to display the filter selection list. By default, the Updates page is set to display all updates. |
| 3. | You can sort the update list by any column in ascending or descending order. |
| 4. | Click the link in the Status column to see additional information about the update’s status. Note that this information is available only if the device provided a status reason. |
| 5. | You can also search a filtered update list. Use the drop-down menu to narrow your search to either Update ID or Update Name. |
The updates for a device are displayed in a grid with the Update name, Update ID, Status and date/time of Last activity. You can sort the list by any of the grid columns.
