Deactivating and Reactivating a User
                                        User status is displayed in the Users page. A user can be deactivated manually or automatically; a user can be reactivated only manually. 
                                        You can locate the user by starting with the List All commands in the Accounts & Users menu. For example, to list all partner users, choose the List All Partners command in the Users group of the Accounts & Users menu.
                                        Follow the steps below to alter a user’s status. Use the appropriate List All command to browse users of the correct type: List All Producers, List All Customers, List All Partners, or List All Self-Registered. (Not all user types are available for all users.)

                                        A non-shared user is deactivated automatically after more incorrect consecutive login attempts than allowed. 
                                        A deactivated user can only be reactivated manually.

                                        A reactivated user is informed by email. Reactivation does not affect a user’s password. If the reactivated user is shared, an administrator will get the email stating that the user has been reactivated.
