Changing Your Password
When you first log in with a temporary, system-generated password, due to being a new user or due to a password reset, you must change your temporary password to one of your own choosing. On the Change Password page you can replace your password.
To change your FlexNet Operations system-generated password:

Enter the system-generated password that you entered when you logged in. |

2.
|
Enter and confirm a new password of your choice. |
|
3.
|
Select a secret question and its answer in case you forget your password. For security, enter a question whose answer would be hard to guess. |
You must define a secret question and answer to reset your password yourself if you forget it. You can change your password or add a secret question and answer at a later time by editing your user profile.

4.

Click the Continue button to complete the login process. |
To change your FlexNet Operations password on your Edit User Profile page:

Click the Password/Security button. A Set Password/Security pop-up appears. |
|
2.

For Password, enter your current password. |
|
3.
|
For New Password, enter a new password of your choice. |
|
4.
|
For Confirm new password, enter the new password again. |
|
5.

A secret question and answer must be present to enable you to reset your password yourself if you forget it. You can change your password or add a secret question and answer at a later time by editing your user profile.
