Alert Management Issues Resolved

The following issue was resolved for the alert management in the 2021 R1 release.

Issues with Untimely Entitlement Alerts Resolved

In previous releases, users were receiving alerts about entitlements that were not yet near expiration or were long past expired. To address this issue, the Expired/Expiring Entitlements job has been deprecated and replaced with two new jobs, Expiring Entitlement and Expired Entitlement. When producers configure these jobs, users receive timely alerts about entitlements about to expire or have expired.
