Account and User Management Enhancements in 2024.12

The following features and enhancements involving the management of accounts and users were added in the 2024.12 release.

New Permissions for Managing the Analytics Dashboard and Conditional Notifications

(SWM-16444)

This release introduces two new permissions:

View Dashboard allows viewing and managing functionality available under Analytics > Reports.

•

View Notifications allows viewing and managing functionality available under Analytics > Notifications.

By default, both permissions are enabled for the System Administrator role (under the Dashboard Analytics group). If required, a system administrator can assign these permissions to other roles.

This enhancement allows system administrators to manage and control user access to data analytics and notification services.
