SOAP and REST Web Services Issues Resolved in 2024.01
The following issue related to FlexNet Operations Web Services was addressed in the 2024.01 release.
Resolved Issue with Configuration Option “Use ISO 8601 time format in extracts” in Entitlement Data Extract and Device Data Extract
The configuration option Use ISO 8601 time format in extracts, which allows producers to present the date/time information for data extract jobs in the ISO 8601 time format and UTC timezone, now works as expected for the following fields and jobs (part of the Data Extract REST APIs):
| • | DateFirstActivated, LastSyncTime, and ExpirationDate fields from the Device Data Extract job |
| • | VersionDate field for the Entitlement Data Extract job |
