User Experience Issues Resolved in 2024.08

The following issue involving user experience was resolved in the 2024.08 release.

Line Item Start Date No Longer Missing or Showing Incorrect Value

When the user experience enhancement Displaying Entitlement ID and Start Date on Device Details and Map Entitlements Pages was introduced in the 2024.07 release, two known issues could be observed when the configuration options Display Start Date and Display Entitlement ID were selected:

The Device <device name> page shows an incorrect line item start date.

•

When a line item’s expiration is set to Permanent, the Map Entitlements page does not display a value for the start date.

These issues have been resolved in the 2024.08 release.
