Returning a Certificate License

In this exercise, you return 1 of the 3 copies of the PhotoPrint-cert product you activated in Certificate License Activation.

Complete the exercises in Certificate License Activation

To return a certificate license

Click Licenses > Licenses. The Support Licenses And Maintenance page appears with a fulfillments list.

Search for the PhotoPrint-cert fulfillment and select its check box.

Click Support Actions > Return. The Support Licenses And Maintenance | Return Licenses For Fulfillment page appears for the PhotoPrint-cert fulfillment.

Under Fulfillment Details, type 1 in the Return Count field, click Verify to verify the validity of the license, then click Return. The Generated Licenses page appears, showing an activated Count of 2 for the PhotoPrint-cert fulfillment.

Select the PhotoPrint-cert fulfillment’s check box, then click Save to File. When you are asked whether you want to open or save the license file, select Open.

Review the contents of the license file, which look similar to:

Note that the count in the licensing info for each of the three PhotoPrint-cert features is now 2. Close the license file when you are done.

On the Generated Licenses page, click Complete. The Support Licenses and Maintenance page appears, showing that Count is 2.
