Reviewing Fulfillment History after a Return

In this exercise, you review the fulfillment history of PhotoPrint-cert after you return 1 of the 3 copies.

To review the fulfillment history after a certificate license is returned

1.

Click Entitlements > List Entitlements by Order. The List Entitlements by Order page appears.

In the Entitlements list, search for the PhotoPrint-cert product line item with the Entitlement ID of ENT-PhotoPrint-cert.

Click the ENT-PhotoPrint-cert Entitlement ID link. The Entitle Customers to Licenses page appears.

Scroll down to the Line Items tab. In the Line Items list, search for the PhotoPrint-cert line item whose fulfillment history you want to review.

5.

Click the Fulfill History link under the PhotoPrint-cert line item’s Activation ID. The Fulfillment History window opens for the PhotoPrint-cert line item.

6.

Review the PhotoPrint-cert line item’s fulfillment history, noting that 3 of 10 copies were activated, then 1 copy was returned, leaving a count of 2. Click OK to close the window.
