Viewing Custom Attributes

Custom attributes appear on the Maintenance Entitlement Details pop up.

To view custom attributes

On the List Entitlements page, under the Maintenance tab, you can click the maintenance hypertext to view the custom attributes in the Maintenance Entitlement Details pop up.

Note:You can also view the custom attributes on the List Entitlements By Order page.

Viewing Entitlement History

The transaction history of an entitlement including a summary of what was changed and who changed it can be displayed when viewing an entitlement order.

To see the change detail of an entitlement:

1.

Click Entitlements > List Entitlements by Order. This link opens the List Entitlements by Order page.

Search for an entitlement.

3.

Click the entitlement ID to open it in the Create an Entitlement page.

Click View Transaction at the bottom of the page. The Search Transactions: Results page opens and list of updates is displayed. See Viewing Transaction Histories for more information.
