Method: getNotDownloadedFiles

Description

Retrieve a list of packages that have download files, which have not been downloaded. The order of the list is:

• MANUFACTURERS

• PRODUCT LINES

• DOWNLOAD PACKAGE VERSIONS

• DOWNLOAD PACKAGES

• FILES
