The following miscellaneous issue was addressed in the 2025.08 release.

Sending Update Notification Emails to Large Distribution Lists

(SWM-28342)

Revenera's email processing was impacted by vendor-enforced limits on distribution size for update notification emails, causing delays when sending to large recipient lists.

In the 2025.08 release, FlexNet Operations LLM has enhanced support for large email distribution lists (20,000+ recipients). This provides improved email delivery speed and reliability for high-volume emails.

Best Practice Reminder

While the system now supports larger lists, it is strongly recommended to narrow down recipient lists whenever possible. Keeping distribution sizes within reasonable limits ensures optimal performance and reduces the risk of delivery issues.
