Emailing an Entitlement Line Item
Note:Availability of the Email menu item depends on the role assigned to your user account and the configuration of the End-User Portal.
To email an entitlement line item:

1.

Click Activation & Entitlements > List Entitlements. |

2.
|
On the List Entitlements page, select the check box next to the line item you want to email; click View > Email. |

3.
|
Enter the email address you want the entitlement sent to. Use the search icon to look for contacts in your organization. |
|
4.
|
Click Send; click Cancel to cancel the operation and return to the List Entitlements page. |
