shortCode	string	1..1	Required. The repair short code is generated by an activation utility at the customer site and is delivered to the publisher.
webRegKey	string	1..1	Required. Web register key (also known as activation ID in FlexNet Operations; entitlement ID in FlexNet Licensing) that was originally activated.
publisherAttributes	publisherAttributesListDataType	0..1	Activation clients can send fulfillment time attributes along with the short code and the activation ID. See the documentation for custom policy attributes (getPublisherSpecificData() method) and see publisherAttributesListDataType.
