Accepts the compliance agreement for the specified Download Package, and saves the acceptance information. The acceptance information will be saved for five minutes, allowing sufficient time for the user to download the files. After that, the compliance acceptance state will be set back to "not accepted" and the user will have to be prompted to accept again.
