getSecureToken	The getSecureToken operation receives a user identity from an external application to which an end-user has logged in successfully. A unique token is generated for the user identity in the request and passed back to the requesting application. The external application uses this token to support a single sign-on mechanism that allows the end-user to bypass the FlexNet Operations login page.
