Method: createChildLineItemFulfillment

Description

The createChildLineItemFulfillment operation generates licenses for one or more renewal, upgrade, or upsell line items. To generate a license for a child line item, there must be an existing RENEWAL, UPGRADE, or UPSELL activatable item.
