Method: upgradeFulfillment

Description

The upgradeFulfillment operation generates upgrade licenses for one or more fulfillments. To upgrade a fulfillment, there must be an existing UPGRADE entitlement line item for the product licensed by the parent fulfillment.

SUCCESS—All entitlements in the request were processed.
PARTIAL_FAILURE—Some, but not all entitlements in the request were processed.
FAILURE—None of the entitlements in the request were processed.

Gives reason for partial failure or failure.

failedData
