Method: generatePrebuiltLicense

Description

The generatePrebuiltLicense service takes one or many devices and generates pre-installed licenses for the devices. If the pre-installed license has already been generated, it is regenerated. There are no restrictions on how many times a pre-installed license can be regenerated.
