Removing an Appliance Configuration

If you are no longer using a particular appliance configuration in your project, you may want to delete it from your project.

To delete an appliance configuration:

1.

In the Advanced Designer, on the Build page, click Build Appliances. The Build Appliances view opens.

Click the Appliance Configuration tab.

In the Select Appliance Configuration list, select the appliance configuration that you want to delete.

4.

Click the Remove Appliance Configuration button. InstallAnywhere displays a message box, prompting you to confirm that you want to delete the selected appliance configuration.

5.

Click Yes.

InstallAnywhere removes the appliance configuration from your project and from the Select Appliance Configuration list.

Note:A project must have at least one appliance configuration. If a project contains only one appliance configuration, the Remove Appliance Configuration button on the Appliance Configuration tab is disabled.
