Exporting Registry Files

When you export a registry (.reg) file, you are copying a portion of your program’s registry data to a registry file.
To export a registry file:

In the View List under System Configuration, click Registry. |

In the Destination computer’s Registry view pane, right-click the registry entry that you want to export and click either Export REG File or Export Selected Branch. |

Export REG File exports the entire component’s registry data. |
|
•
|
Export Selected Branch exports only the current registry key and any subkeys. |
