Project • The System Search Wizard is available in the following project types:

In the What do you want to do with the value? panel, specify where you want to store the results of the search. If the search fails, the property is undefined. Available options are:

Store the value in this property |
Select the public property that you want to use to store the location that the system search finds on target systems. To store the value in a non-predefined public property, enter the name of the property in this setting. The property must be a public property and therefore have an identifier that consists of uppercase letters. Note • You can add a new property to your project through the Property Manager view. Any new properties that you create must be public properties and have an identifier that consists of all uppercase letters. |

If you select this option and then click the Finish button, InstallShield displays the Condition Builder, which enables you to specify the conditions that the installation must meet. |
