The file [1] appears to be a part of an ASP.NET/IIS application. This is not supported by applications in Windows App package.

Description
ISUWP14 checks for the presence of files that are part of ASP.NET/IIS applications.
Corrective Action
Because files that are part of ASP.NET/IIS applications are not supported by Windows Apps, you will need to remove the file from the package or use an alternative package format.
