This system variable's value is used by the MaintenanceStart function to specify the existence of and data in the application uninstallation registry key’s ModifyPath and UninstallString values, so as to specify whether the application’s Add or Remove Programs entry displays separate Change and Remove buttons or a combined Change/Remove button.
